Responsibilities:

3. Team Leadership: Guiding and mentoring a team of automation testers, ensuring best practices are followed.
4. Integration and Deployment: Integrating Tosca automation with CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing.
5. Defect Management: Identifying, logging, and tracking defects, ensuring timely resolution.
6. Reporting and Metrics: Generating reports on test coverage, execution, and defect metrics to inform stakeholders.
7. Tool Expertise: Staying updated with the latest features and updates in Tosca, and ensuring the team is trained accordingly.
8. Collaboration: Working closely with developers, QA teams, and business analysts to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
9. Optimization: Continuously improving automation frameworks and processes for better performance and reliability.
10. Documentation: Maintaining thorough documentation of test cases, scripts, and automation processes.
11. TOSCA Certification is pre-requisite.
