Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled System Analyst / Solution Lead – ERP Cloud with strong functional expertise in Oracle Fusion ERP. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in end-to-end ERP Cloud implementations, solution design, and stakeholder management, with the ability to lead functional streams and provide business-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead functional design and implementation of Oracle Fusion ERP modules (Finance/Procurement/Projects/Subscription Management – based on client needs).
• Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and recommend ERP best practices.
• Provide solution leadership across ERP functional areas, ensuring scalability and alignment with business objectives.
• Configure and customize ERP Cloud modules as per requirements.
• Drive workshops, prepare functional documentation (BRDs, MD50s, test scripts, etc.), and support UAT.
• Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, extensions, and reports.
• Ensure successful migration from legacy systems to ERP Cloud.
• Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvements.
• Mentor junior consultants and guide cross-functional teams.

Required Skills & Experience

• 9+ years of overall ERP experience with at least 3+ end-to-end Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud implementations.
• Strong functional expertise in one or more modules: Financials, Procurement, Projects, Subscription Management, or SCM.
• Deep understanding of ERP processes – Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Record-to-Report (R2R), etc.
• Hands-on experience in configuration, functional setups, and testing.
• Knowledge of ERP Cloud reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher, FRS).
• Strong ability to engage with business stakeholders and translate requirements into solutions.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Oracle ERP Cloud Certification(s).
• Experience as a Solution Lead / Lead Consultant on large-scale ERP programs.
• Exposure to industry domains such as BFSI, Manufacturing, Telecom, or Subscription-based businesses.
• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
