Essential Skills:
• In depth knowledge of Azure services.
• Experience in Azure DevOps, GIT, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience working with Infrastructure as Code tools, preferably Terraform.
• Robust understanding of security and experience in ensuring Azure resources are deployed according to
security best practices.
• Experience in monitoring Azure services, and providing proactive resolutions to ensure availability,
performance and scalability of systems.
• Educated to degree level or equivalent experience in an IT technical support role.
• Excellent knowledge of enterprise hardware and software processes, virtual hardware and software
technologies, Azure services and DevOps tooling.
• Solid understanding of ITIL processes and experience in applying Incident, Problem and Change
Management to a technical support role.
• Automation scripting using Powershell, Shell Script, or equivalent.
• Able to build key working relationships, both within IT and across the organization.
Desired skills:
• Ansible or other configuration management tools.
• Linux or Windows systems administration experience
