Job Summary:

We are seeking a ServiceNow Integration Engineer with hands-on experience integrating ServiceNow with Workday. This role involves designing, building, and maintaining seamless, secure integrations that enable HR workflows, lifecycle events, and data syncs across platforms. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background in API development, data transformation, and enterprise platform integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and Workday, using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, or middleware.
• Collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders to understand data exchange requirements and workflow triggers.
• Develop custom scripts, transform maps, and data sources for robust integration logic.
• Ensure secure handling of HR data in compliance with privacy and regulatory standards.
• Troubleshoot integration issues, monitor performance, and optimize data flows.
• Maintain documentation including data mapping, API configurations, and integration logic.
• Stay updated on both ServiceNow and Workday integration capabilities and recommend enhancements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.
• 2+ years of proven experience integrating ServiceNow with Workday (e.g., for HRSD, Onboarding, User Provisioning).
• Strong experience with REST APIs, SOAP, JSON, XML, and OAuth.
• Hands-on with IntegrationHub, MID Servers, and Flow Designer.
• Solid understanding of HR systems, employee lifecycle events, and person data structures.
• Proficient in JavaScript and Glide scripting within the ServiceNow platform.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with other integrations (e.g., Active Directory, Azure, SuccessFactors).
• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS-HR, CIS-Integration).
• Familiarity with data security and GDPR/HIPAA compliance in HR data handling.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum environments and CI/CD practices.
