Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow HRSD (Human Resources Service Delivery) Developer to design, configure, and implement solutions within the ServiceNow HRSD module. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in ServiceNow and a strong understanding of HR processes, enabling efficient employee experiences through automation and digital workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and configure ServiceNow HRSD applications, including Case and Knowledge Management, Employee Service Center (ESC), Lifecycle Events, and Virtual Agent.
• Collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Customize ServiceNow forms, workflows, business rules, UI actions, client scripts, and integrations.
• Design and implement ServiceNow HRSD modules and extend existing applications as required.
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications and HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors).
• Perform testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of ServiceNow HRSD components.
• Create technical documentation including design specifications, configuration guides, and user manuals.
• Ensure compliance with development standards and IT security policies.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum development cycles and support ongoing system enhancements and upgrades.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, with at least 1–2 years focused on HRSD.
• Strong understanding of HR workflows and employee service delivery concepts.
• Experience with ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Scoped Applications.
• Knowledge of JavaScript, REST/SOAP web services, and ServiceNow APIs.
• Familiarity with system integrations (e.g., Workday, SAP, AD, SSO, etc.)
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA); HRSD Implementation Specialist certification is a plus.
