About the Role

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) to lead the design, governance, and implementation of complex ServiceNow solutions. This role requires deep technical expertise, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to align platform capabilities with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the overall ServiceNow architecture strategy, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Define and enforce architecture principles, design standards, and best practices across all ServiceNow implementations.
• Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, and IT leaders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Lead high-level design, solution workshops, and technical governance for ServiceNow initiatives.
• Provide oversight and mentorship to developers, solution architects, and technical consultants.
• Ensure integration strategy with enterprise systems and applications is consistent and secure.
• Stay current on ServiceNow product roadmap and releases, advising leadership on opportunities for optimization.

Required Skills & Experience

• ServiceNow CTA certification (mandatory).
• 12+ years of IT experience, with at least 6–8 years in ServiceNow platform design and architecture.
• Strong experience across multiple ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, IRM, etc.).
• Expertise in ServiceNow integrations, data architecture, and workflow design.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams, conduct design authority boards, and manage stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of cloud-native architecture, ITIL processes, and enterprise governance frameworks.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for both technical and business audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional certifications (CIS in ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, CSM, etc.).
• Experience working with large-scale global ServiceNow implementations.
• Background in Agile/DevOps delivery models.
• Knowledge of enterprise security and compliance frameworks.
