About the Role

We’re looking for a ServiceNow Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technology capabilities on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will gather requirements, define solutions, and work closely with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable ServiceNow implementations across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with business units to gather, analyze, and document requirements related to ServiceNow capabilities
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and process workflows
  • Collaborate with developers and platform owners to ensure solution alignment and timely delivery
  • Support design and testing phases of ServiceNow implementations and enhancements
  • Facilitate workshops, UAT sessions, and end-user training
  • Identify opportunities to optimize ServiceNow usage across ITSM, HRSD, CSM, or other modules
  • Assist with reporting, dashboards, and performance metrics in the ServiceNow environment
  • Ensure system documentation, process maps, and SOPs are maintained and up to date

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
  • 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2+ years in ServiceNow projects
  • Solid understanding of ServiceNow platform, modules (ITSM, HRSD, etc.), and capabilities
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira or Azure DevOps
  • Ability to create clear documentation including business requirements, user stories, and process flows
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Business Analyst certification is a plus

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with ServiceNow reporting and analytics
  • Experience in large enterprise ServiceNow rollouts
  • Understanding of integration capabilities using REST/SOAP APIs
