About the Role

Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Salesforce CRM Analytics.

Data Integration: Connect and merge data from Salesforce Data Cloud with financial data from a Databricks Lakehouse.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build compelling visualizations that provide actionable insights.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reports.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Harmonize data from multiple sources to create unified dashboards.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proficiency in Salesforce CRM Analytics and Salesforce Data Cloud.
• Experience with Databricks and data lakehouse concepts mainly to be able to connect and build dashboards from that data

Nice to Have

• General understanding of data modelling and ETL processes.
• Prior experience in banking or financial sector
