About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Solution Architect to design and oversee end-to-end Salesforce solutions that drive digital transformation. The role requires strong business acumen, deep technical expertise in Salesforce, and the ability to align platform capabilities with enterprise objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the overall Salesforce solution architecture across Sales, Service, Marketing, and other Clouds.
• Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Design data models, integration strategies, and security frameworks.
• Provide governance and best practices for development, deployment, and platform usage.
• Conduct architecture reviews, solution workshops, and design authority boards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integrations with ERP, legacy systems, and third-party apps.
• Mentor and guide Salesforce developers, admins, and consultants.
• Stay current with Salesforce product roadmap, new features, and ecosystem tools.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of IT experience with at least 5+ years in Salesforce architecture and solution design.
• Proven experience in Salesforce multi-cloud implementations (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.).
• Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, APIs, and integration patterns.
• Experience with large-scale enterprise Salesforce implementations.
• Solid understanding of data modeling, role hierarchy, sharing rules, and security.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Salesforce Application/Domain Architect certification (mandatory); CTA preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Multiple Salesforce certifications (e.g., Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Integration Architect, Data Architect).
• Experience working in Agile/DevOps delivery models.
• Knowledge of middleware platforms (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, etc.).
• Prior experience in leading global Salesforce programs.
