Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver complex banking transformation projects, with exposure to Blockchain technology, specifically tokenization of banking/financial assets. The role requires strong stakeholder management, delivery ownership, and experience working in regulated financial environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of banking projects across digital, payments, or core financial systems
  • Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies
  • Work closely with business, technology, compliance, and regulatory stakeholders
  • Drive delivery of Blockchain-based initiatives, including asset tokenization, DLT platforms, or digital assets
  • Ensure adherence to banking regulations, governance, and risk frameworks
  • Manage vendors, cross-functional teams, and offshore/onshore delivery models
  • Provide regular status reporting to senior leadership and steering committees

Required Skills & Experience

  • 8+ years of overall Project Management experience
  • Proven track record of delivering banking or financial services projects
  • Knowledge or hands-on delivery experience in Blockchain / DLT, preferably tokenization of banking assets
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Waterfall methodologies
  • Excellent stakeholder, communication, and leadership skills
  • Experience working in regulated environments (banks, fintech, financial institutions)

Nice to Have

  • PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certifications
  • Exposure to digital banking, payments, wealth, or capital markets
  • Experience working with regional or global banking teams
