Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Program Manager to lead and coordinate multiple projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional team leadership to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define program scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management.
• Plan and manage interdependent projects within the program, ensuring milestones are met.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for seamless execution.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks/issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Manage program budgets, timelines, and resource allocations.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Foster collaboration across teams, promoting alignment and communication.
• Conduct post-program evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure all projects adhere to compliance, quality, and governance standards.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 8+ years of project/program management experience, with 3+ years in a program manager role.
• Strong experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives with competing priorities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• PMP / PgMP / Prince2 / Agile certifications (preferred).

Preferred Attributes:

• Experience managing cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams.
• Background in [industry-specific domain, e.g., IT, finance, healthcare, telecom].
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
