About the Role

We are looking for highly motivated Finance graduates whoare passionate about technology and business transformation. This role isdesigned to develop future Oracle SaaS Cloud Engineers specializing in OracleFinancials Cloud and Oracle Procurement Cloud.

Selected candidates will undergo structured training andmentoring to build expertise in finance business processes, Oracle Cloudapplications, business analysis, solution design, testing, and customersupport.

Key Responsibilities

Finance Process Understanding

• Learn and understand end-to-end finance and procurement business processes including:
   
  • General Ledger (GL)
   
  • Accounts Payable (AP)
   
  • Accounts Receivable (AR)
   
  • Fixed Asets (FA)
   
  • Cash Management (CM)
   
  • Procurement-to-Pay (P2P)
   
  • Supplier Management
   
  • Expense Management

Oracle Cloud Learning & Implementation

• Participate in Oracle Financials Cloud and Procurement Cloud training programs.
• Assist senior consultants in implementation and support projects.
• Learn Oracle SaaS configuration and setup activities.
• Support business requirement gathering and documentation.
• Participate in solution testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and defect management.    
• Assist in preparing training materials and user guides.

Customer & Project Support

• Support customers during project execution and post-go-live phases.
• Analyze business issues and propose process improvements.
• Work with cross-functional teams to resolve application issues.
• Participate in workshops, demonstrations, and knowledge-sharing sessions.

Continuous Learning

• Complete Oracle Cloud certifications as part of the career development program.
• Stay updated with Oracle Cloud innovations and quarterly releases.
• Develop consulting, communication, and presentation skills.

Required Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's Degree in:

• Accounting    
• Finance    
• Commerce    
• Business Administration
• Economics    
• Management Information Systems
• Or related disciplines

Academic Requirements

• CGPA 3.0 and above (preferred)
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes

Skills & Competencies

Technical & Functional

• Good understanding of accounting concepts
• Knowleg of financial statements and business processes
• Familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage but not mandatory
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications
