Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Procurement Cloud Functional Consultant to join our team and support the implementation, enhancement, and support of Oracle Cloud Procurement modules. The ideal candidate will have deep functional expertise across the procurement suite and a proven track record of leading end-to-end Oracle Cloud implementations

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead or support implementation and enhancement of Oracle Procurement Cloud modules, including:
    • Self Service Procurement
    • Purchasing
    • Supplier Portal
    • Sourcing
    • Procurement Contracts
    • Supplier Qualification Management (SQM)
  • Gather and analyze business requirements, map them to Oracle Cloud functionality, and design scalable solutions.
  • Conduct fit-gap analysis, design documentation, solution configuration, and functional testing.
  • Configure and personalize procurement modules based on client needs using best practices.
  • Collaborate with technical teams for data migration, integrations, and custom reports using OTBI or BI Publisher.
  • Support UAT, user training, and go-live activities.
  • Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot functional issues.
  • Stay updated on Oracle Cloud quarterly updates and assess their impact on existing configurations.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 6–9 years of total experience with at least 4+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Procurement Cloud.
  • Strong knowledge of the end-to-end Source-to-Pay (S2P) process.
  • Expertise in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycle, supplier management, and sourcing.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Financials Cloud integration (AP, GL, Assets).
  • Experience in at least 2 end-to-end Oracle Cloud implementations.
  • Ability to configure workflows and approval hierarchies (BPM).
  • Proficient in preparing BR100s, MD50s, test scripts, and training documents.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud security roles and privileges in procurement.
  • Experience working with OTBI, Smart View, FBDI, ADFDI tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Oracle Cloud Procurement Certification (e.g., Oracle Procurement Cloud 2023 Certified Implementation Specialist) is a plus.
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud updates (quarterly patching) and regression testing strategies.
  • Knowledge of ERP Integrations using OIC or SOA is an advantage.
  • Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies.
