Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Financials Functional Consultant to join our ERP team. The role requires strong expertise in Oracle Financials Cloud modules, with hands-on implementation and support experience. The ideal candidate should have solid understanding of finance processes (Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash) and the ability to design, configure, and support scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and configure Oracle Fusion Financials modules, including:
    • General Ledger (GL)
    • Accounts Payables (AP)
    • Accounts Receivables (AR)
    • Fixed Assets (FA)
    • Cash Management (CM)
    • (Optional: Advanced Collections, Expenses, Tax, Intercompany, depending on project needs)
  • Gather business requirements and map them into ERP Cloud solutions.
  • Configure setups such as chart of accounts, ledgers, sub-ledgers, approval workflows, and reporting structures.
  • Develop and support Financial Reports, OTBI, and BI Publisher reports.
  • Provide functional support across testing cycles (unit testing, SIT, UAT).
  • Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, data migration, and extensions.
  • Work closely with Finance stakeholders to improve processes and adopt best practices.
  • Deliver end-user training and support post go-live operations.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5–12 years of experience in Oracle ERP (E-Business Suite or Fusion Cloud), with at least 3+ years in Oracle Fusion Financials.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in configuration and setups for GL, AP, AR, FA, CM.
  • Good knowledge of financial processes – R2R, P2P, O2C, asset accounting, and cash/bank management.
  • Experience with Financial Reporting Studio (FRS), OTBI, Smart View, and BI Publisher.
  • Ability to document requirements, prepare functional specifications, and support testing cycles.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Oracle Certified Implementation Specialist – Fusion Financials.
  • Experience in 2–3 end-to-end Oracle Cloud Financials implementations.
  • Exposure to tax setups, intercompany accounting, and global financial processes.
  • Domain experience in industries like BFSI, Manufacturing, Retail, or Telecom.
