Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Finance Functional SME to support the sales lifecycle by providing deep functional expertise, solution consulting, and client engagement. The role involves understanding business challenges, designing Oracle Finance solutions, and presenting value-driven demonstrations to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert for Oracle Financial modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Tax, SLA, etc.).
• Collaborate with sales teams to analyze client requirements and propose tailored Oracle solutions.
• Deliver impactful product demos, presentations, and solution walkthroughs.
• Lead RFP/RFI responses, solution architecture inputs, and effort estimations.
• Map business processes to Oracle capabilities and identify value propositions.
• Support POCs, workshops, and client discovery sessions.
• Provide industry insights, best practices, and functional recommendations.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong functional expertise in Oracle Finance modules.
• Experience in Pre-Sales / Solution Consulting / Functional Consulting roles.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder presentation skills.
• Ability to articulate ROI, value, and transformation benefits.
• Understanding of finance processes, compliance, and reporting.

Preferred

• Implementation experience in Oracle Financials Cloud or E-Business Suite.
• CA / CMA / MBA Finance.
• Exposure to multi-country finance processes or large enterprise clients.
