Job Overview

We are seeking a Lead Systems Analyst with strong, hands-on expertise in ODI and OIC to lead and deliver end-to-end integration and data migration solutions into Oracle ERP Cloud.

This role is accountable across the full delivery lifecycle — from assessment and requirements gathering, through design, build, testing, implementation, hypercare, and warranty support. The ideal candidate will work extensively with ODI and OIC, integrating multiple source systems and ensuring stable, automated, and scalable integration landscapes.

Key Responsibilities

• • Act as SME and primary point of accountability for all ODI and OIC integration deliverables.
  • Lead and participate in end-to-end project phases, including:
    
    • Assessment & Requirements Gathering – Understand source systems, integration needs, and business objectives.
    • Design (HLD & LLD) – Develop integration architecture, data flow, and mapping documents.
    • Build & Configure – Develop ODI and OIC integrations and ETL/ELT pipelines.
    • Test / UAT – Drive test cycles, troubleshoot defects, and ensure quality delivery.
    • Implementation – Support cutover planning, deployment, and production readiness.
    • Hypercare & Warranty – Provide post go-live support, monitoring, issue resolution, and stabilization.
  • Work extensively with ODI to build robust ETL/ELT data flows for master and transactional data migration.
  • Work extensively with OIC to build application integrations, API orchestrations, and event-driven workflows.
  • Design, build, and implement end-to-end integrations from multiple source systems to Oracle ERP Cloud using APIs, FBDI, UCM, and file-based approaches.
  • Be accountable for the creation and completion of:
    
    • High-Level Design (HLD)
    • Low-Level Design (LLD)
    • Functional Solution Documents (FSD)
    • Technical Solution Documents (TSD)
  • Develop and maintain interface control documents (ICDs), mapping specifications, transformation logic, and error-handling frameworks.
  • Execute and manage data migration processes — extraction, cleansing, transformation, loading, validation, and reconciliation.
  • Apply data warehouse and data mart concepts to support reporting and analytics.
  • Utilize Oracle Database 19c, SQL, and PL/SQL for complex data logic, transformation, and performance tuning.
  • Work with scheduler/orchestration tools (Airflow, Control-M, or similar) to schedule, sequence, and monitor integration jobs.
  • Collaborate with functional teams across GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, AHC, and UCM modules to ensure alignment with business processes.
  • Ensure integrations meet performance, security, and compliance standards.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of hands-on experience with ODI and OIC in enterprise Oracle ERP integration and migration projects.
• Proven experience leading integrations from source systems to Oracle ERP Cloud, including master and transactional data flows.
• Strong expertise in:
  • ODI ETL/ELT development and performance tuning
  • OIC integration flows, adapters, orchestration, and error handling
  • FBDI, UCM, and API-based integration patterns

• Proficiency in Oracle Database 19c, SQL, and PL/SQL.
• Working knowledge of scheduler/orchestration tools such as Airflow or Control-M.
• Solid understanding of data warehouse and data mart concepts.
• Experience delivering HLD, LLD, FSD, and TSD documentation.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Oracle certifications in ODI and/or OIC.
• Experience integrating with third-party systems (e.g., banking, tax engines, procurement platforms, CRM, legacy ERP).
• Familiarity with Oracle UCM, Oracle BI Publisher, and Oracle OTBI.
• Exposure to waterfall, agile methodologies and enterprise integration patterns
