About the Role:

We are hiring a seasoned Oracle Cloud Finance Solution Architect to lead finance transformation engagements across Southeast Asia. As part of a leading system integrator, you will shape end-to-end Oracle ERP Cloud solutions for large enterprise clients, working closely with cross-functional delivery teams, client stakeholders, and Oracle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the lead solution architect for Oracle Cloud Financials implementations.
• Drive fit-gap analysis, solution blueprints, and target operating model alignment.
• Architect multi-country rollouts considering localizations, tax rules, and reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with pre-sales, contributing to RFPs, solution demos, and estimation.
• Define data migration, integration strategy (with tools like OIC), and reporting architecture.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations (IFRS, MFRS, VAT, SST, etc.).
• Lead teams through CRP, SIT, UAT, and post-go-live support phases.
• Stay aligned with Oracle’s product roadmap and suggest adoption of new quarterly release features.
• Mentor and upskill junior consultants and client IT teams.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 8+ years of Oracle Finance experience (minimum 4 years in Oracle Cloud Financials or EBS Financials).
• Hands-on experience in key modules: GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Tax, Expenses.
• Experience with Oracle PaaS extensions, OIC, and FBDI/ADFdi tools.
• Familiarity with local and regional compliance requirements (Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, etc.).
• Strong grasp of SoD, Security Design, and workflow approvals.
• Demonstrated ability to lead client workshops and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Experience in multi-pillar delivery (e.g., integrating with HCM or Procurement Cloud) is a plus.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
• Oracle Cloud Financials Certification (preferred).
• CPA, ACCA, or MBA (advantageous).

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to travel across ASEAN based on project needs.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Prior experience in Big 4 consulting, global SI, or Oracle partner ecosystem preferred.
