About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud SCM Architect to lead supply chain transformation engagements for enterprise clients across Southeast Asia. You will be responsible for end-to-end design and delivery of Oracle SCM Cloud solutions, helping organizations optimize their planning, procurement, inventory, and logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of Oracle Cloud SCM modules including Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Manufacturing, and Supply Planning.
  • Engage with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable SCM solutions.
  • Design target operating models, supply chain workflows, and integration touchpoints.
  • Develop solution blueprints, configuration strategy, and data migration plans.
  • Collaborate with technical teams for integrations using OIC and other middleware platforms.
  • Support pre-sales activities including RFP responses, solution demos, and estimations.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regional regulations (e.g., GST, import/export laws).
  • Conduct testing oversight (CRP, UAT), cutover planning, and post-go-live stabilization.
  • Mentor junior consultants and ensure knowledge transfer to client teams.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 8+ years of Oracle SCM experience including at least 4+ years in Oracle Cloud SCM/Oracle EBS.
  • Hands-on expertise in at least 3 of the following: Procurement, Inventory, OM, Manufacturing, Supply Planning, Product Hub.
  • Familiarity with integration of SCM with Finance, Projects, and EPM.
  • Strong experience with Oracle Cloud tools such as OIC, FBDI, ADFdi, and REST APIs.
  • Good understanding of global supply chain processes and localization needs in ASEAN.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading large-scale Oracle Cloud implementations.
  • Excellent client-facing and communication skills.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • Oracle Cloud SCM Certification (preferred).
  • PMP or APICS certification is a plus.

Other Requirements:

  • Willingness to travel across ASEAN based on project or client needs.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Experience with global system integrators, Oracle partners, or Big 4 consulting firms preferred.
