Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Flutter Mobile Engineer to design, develop, and enhance high-quality mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Flutter and Dart, along with a solid understanding of mobile architecture, testing, and production support.

Key Responsibilities

· Analyse existing digital experience flows, identify gaps, and propose technical solutions.

· Develop and enhance mobile applications using Flutter and Dart, including feature implementation and code refactoring.

· Perform Flutter SDK upgrades, resolve compatibility issues, and coordinate end-to-end testing.

· Implement identity, entitlement, and role-based access management within mobile applications.

· Enable application observability using OpenTelemetry (OTEL), Grafana Cloud for logs, metrics, and traces.

· Create and maintain developer documentation, runbooks, and design artifacts.

· Collaborate with QA and engineering teams on integration testing and handle production support escalations.

· Validate and sign off on Flutter upgrades, feature releases, and production deployments using automated testing.

· Ensure application performance, security, and scalability best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· 5–9 years of experience in mobile application development.

· Strong expertise in Flutter and Dart.

· Experience with Flutter SDK upgrades and migrations.

· Knowledge of mobile architecture patterns (MVVM, Clean Architecture, etc.).

· Hands-on experience with observability tools like OTEL, Grafana, or similar.

· Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.

· Strong understanding of API integrations and mobile security practices.

· Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

· Experience in enterprise-grade mobile applications.

· Exposure to DevOps, monitoring, and production support processes.

· Ability to work in fast-paced delivery environments.
