With typically 3 years of relevant experience, this role works independently in routine scenarios and requires guidance only in unusual or complex situations. The Senior Business Consultant collaborates with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions using SimCorp One, ensuring alignment with client requirements and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Issue & Request Management: Handle and resolve complex incidents and queries, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations.
• Data & Document Maintenance: Maintain accurate data and detailed documentation related to projects and processes.
• Technical Expertise & Support: Provide technical expertise and support for the implementation and customization of SimCorp One solutions.
• Independent Issue Resolution: Independently troubleshoot issues and suggest procedural improvements to enhance service delivery.
• Client & Internal Collaboration: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to address complex requirements and implement tailored solutions.
• Change Management: Support project-related change management efforts to enable smooth adoption of solutions and processes.
• Reports & Recommendations: Prepare and present reports, analyses, and recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
• Client Meetings & Expertise: Participate in client meetings to understand needs, provide updates, and offer expert recommendations.
• Optimization for Run: Support the adoption of SaaS and business service offerings, utilizing standardization and efficiency guidance to accelerate time-to-value and optimize profitability.
