Job Summary:

The Lead Business Consultant plays a key role within the Consulting Services team, providing expert-level advisory services and driving the successful implementation and optimization of SimCorp solutions for clients. As an IC5, this role requires a deep understanding of financial services and technology, operating with minimal guidance to manage mid-to-large-scale client projects. With typically 5+ years of relevant experience, the Lead Business Consultant delivers impactful business solutions, enhances client success, and contributes to continuous service improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Process Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of client business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
• High-Impact Consulting Solutions: Provide and technical consulting services to clients, ensuring the successful delivery and enhancement of SimCorp solutions.
• Small to Mid Client engagement: Lead workstreams, or small client engagements, ensuring timely delivery, budget alignment, and quality standards are met with minimal oversight.
• Client Success & Optimization: Identify and drive opportunities to enhance client operations through system optimization, workflow automation, and process improvement initiatives.
• Lead Change Management: Guide clients through changes required to successfully adopt new technologies and processes.
• Best Practices & Process Improvements: Recommend solutions to moderately complex business challenges, initiating and refining consulting methodologies and internal processes.
• Mentoring & Knowledge Transfer: Provide guidance, training, and knowledge-sharing to support the growth and development of less experienced colleagues.
• Optimization for Run: Provide guidance on the adoption of SaaS and business service offerings, focusing on standardization and efficiency to accelerate time-to-value and optimize profitability.
