Overview:

Digile is currently looking for an Information Management Consultant with a blend of strong skillsets as requested in the section below, a strong passion and background in building, civil engineering or construction industry.

The main job responsibility of the Information Management Consultant is to implement Project Information Management, Document Management, BIM and Asset Management technology solution via project engagement. As an Information Management Consultant, you will work closely with project manager, technical engineer, sales to implement systems, analyze customer requirements, and provide consultation in forms of solution presentation, demonstration, Proof of Concept (PoC) etc. You must be capable of working independently, thinking strategically and having fun along the way!

Experience: 2 – 3 years

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned:

• Engaging with users from all relevant aspects of business to implement and deploy information management system.
• Conducting system implementation activities such as user requirement study, installation, configuration, training, coaching and UAT.
• Troubleshooting systems related to IT Infrastructure such as Windows servers, fileservers, database servers, web servers and networks infrastructure.
• Good in communication and writing skill (e.g. reporting project progress, proposal etc.).
• Handle pressure situations, especially when dealing with complex client requirements or time pressure of delivery.
• Maintaining technical competency and remain current in technology and changes in the industry.
• Willing to learn and pick up new knowledge with less supervision.
• Willing to travel and station for projects within and outside of India.

EXPERIENCE:

• 2-3 years of experience working in a technology career with experience in document management system or project management system.
• Experienced with Bentley ProjectWise will be a plus point.
• Experience in working on BIM, document control or management practice, project management or asset management in building, civil engineering and/or construction industry.
• An understanding of electronic document management with strong emphasis on engineering design. Relevant industry experience of BS1192 or other document and collaboration management standards will be a plus point.
• Experience in adopting BIM for projects will be a plus point.

SKILLS:

• Strong ability to present information to consultants and leadership team in a manner that is clear, concise and open.
• Understands CAD & Engineering industry knowledge is an advantage.
• Understands of client-server applications, working with SQL statements.
• ProjectWise administration and/or deployment skills will be a plus point.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong self-discipline and punctual.
• Able to meet tight deadlines and able to work independently or in a group.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Attention to details.
• Demonstrate a reliable responsive and positive work ethnic with the highest degree of integrity.
