Job Overview

We are seeking a Functional EPM Developer / Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Oracle EPM Cloud applications. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in configuring, maintaining, and supporting EPM modules (Planning, Budgeting, Consolidation, and Reporting). This role focuses on building functional solutions, configuring business rules, and working closely with finance users to enable best-in-class performance management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support Oracle EPM Cloud modules such as:
  • Planning & Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS/EPBCS)
  • Financial Consolidation & Close (FCCS)
  • Profitability & Cost Management (PCMCS)
  • Enterprise Data Management (EDMCS)
  • Narrative Reporting (NR)
• Develop and configure metadata, calculation rules, approval workflows, forms, and reports.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial close cycles.
• Build and manage Smart View reports, dashboards, and Narrative Reporting outputs.
• Work with finance teams to capture requirements and implement solutions aligned with best practices.
• Provide support for data integration, mappings, and reconciliation between EPM and ERP Cloud / external systems.
• Perform unit testing, SIT, UAT support, and production deployment activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues, ensuring smooth operations.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5–9 years of experience in Oracle EPM applications (Cloud preferred, On-Premise Hyperion acceptable with Cloud exposure).
• Strong functional expertise in at least two modules: PBCS/EPBCS, FCCS, PCMCS, EDMCS, or NR.
• Hands-on experience in metadata setup, security configuration, forms, rules, and reporting.
• Strong understanding of financial processes – budgeting, forecasting, financial consolidation, reporting.
• Experience with Smart View, FR Studio, and BI tools.
• Ability to work with business/finance users and translate requirements into EPM solutions.
• Good problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Oracle EPM Cloud certification(s).
• Exposure to ERP–EPM integrations (ERP Cloud, ODI, or data management tools).
• Experience in domains such as BFSI, Manufacturing, Telecom, or Subscription-based industries.
• Prior experience in global support/implementation projects.
