Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst and a proven track record in requirement analysis and user story preparation. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing a custom solution for optimizing telecom cost controls, streamlining vendor management, and driving technology-enabled improvements across the telecom expense processes. This role requires strong analytical skills, stakeholder management, and experience working in agile delivery environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirement Analysis & Documentation
  • Engage with business and technical stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document telecom-related business requirements.
  • Conduct workshops, interviews, and data analysis to define current-state processes and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Create and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications, Process Maps, and Gap Analyses.
  • Perform impact assessments to evaluate how new features or process changes affect the existing telecom and financial systems.
• User Story Preparation
  • Translate business requirements into well-structured user stories, epics, and use cases with clear acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate with product owners and technical teams to prioritize user stories in the product backlog.
  • Ensure user stories are testable, traceable, and aligned with agile delivery practices (Scrum/Kanban).
  • Assist QA teams by reviewing test cases and validating that they align with the business goals.
• Stakeholder Engagement
  • Act as a bridge between business units, IT teams, and external vendors.
  • Provide regular updates to project stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, UAT sessions, and solution demos.
