• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence or related field  

• 8+ years in software/AI engineering, with at least 2–3 years in a technical leadership role

• Proven track record of leading and delivering AI projects in production environments

• Strong knowledge of Generative AI, Machine learning, and data science principles

• Expert in Python and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g. Azure, GCP)

• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)

• Strong understanding of MLOps tools and practices (MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker, etc.)

• Solid understanding of system design and software engineering best practices

• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills

• Analytical mindset with a proactive problem-solving attitude
