1. With your extensive experience in enterprise technology, which leadership principles have most influenced your approach at Digile?

3. In your perspective, what is Oracle’s role in enabling digital transformation and driving business outcomes today?

Oracle plays a pivotal role in digital transformation by providing integrated cloud solutions that unify finance, HR, supply chain, and customer experience. This allows enterprises to streamline operations, make faster data-driven decisions, and scale globally without the traditional complexity of legacy systems.

4. How do you foresee AI influencing the evolution of Oracle solutions and enterprise operations in the coming years?

AI will transform Oracle solutions into intelligent applications, capable of recommending actions, identifying anomalies, and personalizing user experiences. This will make enterprise operations more agile, adaptive, and insight-driven.

5. What initiatives does Digile have in place to cultivate continuous learning, innovation, and expertise within the Oracle teams?

Digile fosters mentorship and peer learning programs within the Oracle practice, pairing experienced practitioners with newer team members. This approach accelerates skill development, builds deep expertise, and ensures knowledge continuity across the organization.

6. Do you have a hobby or personal passion, such as swimming, trekking, or music, that inspires or energizes you as a leader?

I am passionate about tennis and traveling. Tennis keeps me energized, sharp, and disciplined, while traveling broadens my perspective and fuels curiosity. Both hobbies inspire me to stay focused, embrace new challenges, and bring fresh ideas into my leadership approach.

7. Is there a recent book, article, or podcast that shaped your thinking or inspired you professionally?

I recently read Atomic Habits, and its insights on behaviour design have influenced my leadership style. It reinforced that meaningful change happens through consistency, accountability, and investing in the right environment — principles I consciously apply to how I develop teams and culture.
